Yes, we offer a free 15-minute consultation for new clients. This allows you to ask questions, get to know your therapist, and determine if services are a good fit before scheduling an intake session.

Your first full session is an intake appointment where your therapist will complete a biopsychosocial assessment to better understand your background, current concerns, and goals. This helps guide a personalized treatment plan moving forward.

Most sessions are approximately 50-60 minutes. individual counseling needs may vary and extend past the 60 minutes or may be shorter Couples sessions may vary slightly depending on clinical needs.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions and may transition to biweekly sessions over time, depending on progress and goals.

At this time, all services are provided via telehealth. We plan to offer in-person services in the future.

Yes, therapy is confidential. Services are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to protect your privacy. Limits to confidentiality will be discussed during the intake process.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
